Rates & Fees

Small Amount Credit Contracts (SACCs) are government regulated and are charged out at a 20% application fee + a 4% monthly fee.  In some cases, default fees may apply.  These loans are regulated to be over 16 days and under 12 months in duration. Amounts for these loans are between $300 and $2000.
